Return and Refund Policy for Orange Cookware
At Orange Cookware, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, if you receive a damaged item, we are here to assist you. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Return Conditions -
If your cookware arrives damaged, you are eligible for a replacement. To qualify for a replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide proof of the damage, such as photographs, along with your order number and a description of the issue. Returns must be in the original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. Please note that we do not accept returns or offer replacements for products due to size or colour issues.
Replacement Process -
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the damaged item. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that the replacement process may take up to 14 business days.
Non-Eligible Returns -
Our Return and Refund Policy does not cover the following:
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse or neglect.
Returns requested more than 7 days after the delivery date.
Items purchased on sale or clearance.
Products returned due to size or colour issues.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during return shipping.
