Shipping and Delivery Policy for Orange Cookware

 

At Orange Cookware, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and in perfect condition. Our delivery timeframes are designed to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible. For orders within Mumbai, we guarantee delivery within 2-3 business days. For customers located within Maharashtra and Gujarat, the delivery timeframe is 3-5 business days. For the rest of India, we aim to deliver orders within 7 business days.

 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will keep you informed of any significant delays via email or phone. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, varying based on the delivery location and the weight of your order.

 

Upon shipment, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you encounter any issues such as delays or damaged items, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at and we will resolve the issue promptly.

 

Please note, that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time. Our deliveries are limited to locations within India as specified in our delivery timeframes.
